Our History
The company was established in 2004 to service the rapid growth in laser marking technology as companies sought to permanently and uniquely identify or distinguish their products for regulatory and marketing purposes and the prevention of fraud. Here at Warwick laser we specialise in a wide variety of laser etching and laser marking metal services!
Our Services
We specialize in laser etching bar codes, QR codes and company logos on flat and curved surfaces with the inclusion of colours where required, the processes being suitable for a wide range of materials both ferrous and non-ferrous and many plastic materials.
Surface etching and deep etching are achievable and anneal marking for materials with carbon content, making it particularly suitable for hygienic applications such as medical equipment and sensitive electronics.
Our Equipment
We have a range of free standing laser sources installed in dedicated rooms permitting the processing of physically large components or assemblies.
3D Printing
Supporting our laser equipment, we have 3D CAD facilities available using RHINO 8. Typically, we work with dxf, igs, dwg, ai, 3dm files and many more!
3D printing to generate work holding fixtures is used where appropriate.
